Todd’s advice for anyone starting their remodeling journey is simple but impactful: "Determine if you’ll be staying in your home long term or short term. That will guide you in how best to spend your money." 

His design philosophy is centered on efficiency and creativity. "Make the most out of the space you already have," he says. "Making your home bigger doesn’t necessarily make it better."
